After reading good reviews, I ordered this and another Lion king tshirt from them. The quality of the fabric is so poor that its almost see through and i was not at all happy about it. Knowing that the returns are accepted, i reached out over email and sent them pics of the tshirt and they refused the return saying there is no defect. Really? Do you expect a newly opened package with defect? Instead, they offered me discount of 5%. Not sure how this strategy works for them but im absolutely annoyed by this experience . These people are not mature enough to provide good quality and customer experience . Do not go on the pictures on this website there are better places to shop from

It's unfortunate that you do not read your emails properly. We explained that you are our first customer who has complained about our fabric quality - and instead of dismissing your claim we offered a partial refund, including an additional 5% OFF, inspite of you having already benefitted from a 25% discount on your order.
We also let you keep both the t-shirts and offered a site wide 10% discount for you and your friends for any future orders.
